The Rebound Choices program provides skill development training with an emphasis on learning how to make informed decisions regarding drugs and alcohol. This is a 10-week volunteer-based program that provides a safe place for youth to develop skills and positive coping strategies in a non-judgmental environment. Rebound Choices uses documented and reliable information as well as a variety of guest speakers, video documentaries, open discussions and practical exercises to enable youth to engage and practice new skills. The program includes a Youth Worker who can provide one-on-one support to youth and/or their families.
Rebound Choices is a mobile program that can be run throughout Lanark, Leeds and Grenville. Please contact Sarah McCue at 613.342.4238 if you have any questions regarding the Rebound Choices program.
